- Bug reports — please include your browser, roughly what happened, and (if you can) the room code.
- Feature suggestions — new games, new options, quality-of-life tweaks.
- Privacy or data requests — see our Privacy Policy for what we collect. We'll respond to access and deletion requests as quickly as we can.
- Partnerships — if you'd like to use JossUp for a corporate event, HR programme, or education context, tell us what you have in mind.
- Press — happy to answer questions or provide screenshots.
Response time
Typically 2–5 business days. Security-related reports are prioritized — please put "SECURITY" in the subject line if applicable.
